I've got Magnaflow 94106 cats, 3" intermediate piping, 3" SI/SO Magnapack, Magnaflow y-pipe, 2 1/2" tailpipes, and 4" x 18" Magnaflow tips 45'd behind the rear tires. Looks great and couldn't be happier with the sound.

This is the best pic I have:

Magnaflow side exit, don't remember what size tips they are. Muffler made for 04-08 bodystyle 150's, modified to fit obs.

3 1/2" in diameter but I'm not sure on the length.

Some b**** backed into me in the parking lot recently. While the hitch absorbed most of the impact the car did hit one of my tailpipes, pushing the whole exhaust back a bit and now the pipe is rattling against the leaf frame. So I need to redo my exhaust tips too.

Thinking of either doing 4" rolled tips straight out the back like I have now, or maybe something like Darren's but at a steeper angle. I feel like your pipes are hanging too low for my taste and wouldn't look good on my lifted truck.

Also entertaining the idea of two short, but wide (maybe 5") tips dumped where the spare tire is maybe 2 feet apart. Saw that on a lifted Tahoe the other day is it looked pretty slick. I think sbchris has a setup like that, looks good on lifted rigs.

When I changed my exhaust for the 3rd and last time I went with high flow cats, borla xr-1 sportman and a gibson 5" tip.

Thanks to Darren I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

4" x 18" rolled tips out the back. Last setup had them 45d, but since I paint my tips I got tired of keeping them clean and repainting them every few months. Tires sling too much on them. No problems out the back.

OMG!!! Mblouir, you're truck isn't clean

Here's mine, just a single 3.5" x 12" SS tip...might go for duals over the summer.

jdruzik, Love your truck. Very clean. If I had an 04-08, I'd be looking to yours for ideas!
