You'll like em. Will still release a decent amount of volume.

Well guys... going to call my shop tomorrow and try to set up an appointment for this Saturday. I have to work but my Dad said he would take it for me. I still have never been to this shop, I always having something going on and my dad has done it each time But here's the plan... 4 cats off, 2 94106's going on. I have been talking to Darren on facebook about it, but I want to tell them EXACTLY what I need in order for no CEL and I'm going to write it down so that my dad has it and can refresh them.

So add and clarify where necessary guys.

So far here is what I think they need to know:

- Cut off both sets of cats.
- Mount new hi flows as far forward as possible.
- Put o2 sensors behind the rear cats, not into the body itself, but no closer than the outlet, correct?

I will set my truck back to stock the night before and unplug my Gryphon and I will tell my dad again to unplug the negative side of the battery after.

Anything I am missing? I do not want to risk a CEL... a bazillion people do this and never get them. Just want to make absolutely sure this is done right. Feedback fellas?

Yep you got it covered fully. If your shop is willing to do the work, then it must be legal. So boo 4 cats yay 2 cats . Your dad just about enjoys your truck's changes first hand before you do but better than having to put it off too long. You dont even need to disconnect the gryphon until your at the shop but better off doing so. Tell your dad not to play with it

Yeah you've got it covered. They will probably have to weld the O2 bung in the outlet flange of the converter but it still won't throw a CEL....... just make sure they don't weld the bungs in the converter body. I'm not 100% sure and I've never got a straight answer but I'm almost positive the rear O2 sensors are turned off with any PHP custom tune.

Other than that enjoy the high-flows!

True, very true . Start it up before you go back to stock and see if its louder than the muffler alone with the custom tune. If so, then I know you'll have a big ear to ear grin when you upload your custom file back .
