Thanks DarrenWS6

I ordered the magnaflow 10416 that Darren suggested. I took off the oval and installed it. The 10416 is what I was looking for. It's got much better of a sound. I do think I'm going to order the 94106 hi-flows though. I would like it a little deeper. I'll order them through Performance Peddler. Isn't there a redemption code I should use to get the best deal? Also, is there any special instructions I should give the shop when putting them on? Thanks again, Todd

In my opinion and this is JMO it won't get any deeper. At least it didn't with my old MBRP. Granted they are different styles of muffler. It just got a lot louder.

Tell them to mount them as far forward as possible. This helps make the O2 sensors fit without extensions.

Are you running this on duals or is it just in place of the factory muffler?

Congrats. The hi-flow cats will really volume it up, same exact tone, but more volume. 4.6punisher should be by soon enough to post his videos, if not, search for his name on youtube and listen to his before and after videos with the same mufflers you have, and hi-flow cats.

They came in today. My question is do they weld in bungs after the catsfor the o2 sensors? A couple exhaust shops I talked to around here said they have'nt really messed with hi flows. That kind of scares me in itself. Any input would help.

See this thread:

94106 Thread

Scroll about 1/4 of the way down the page. That's where mine were mounted.

Thanks. I'll have to print this off and take it with me. Why can't I have a decent exhaust shop close.
