Would this be too loud?
the magnaflows are really quite you dont even notice you have them on and the glasspacks they are loud if i was you i would go with the magnaflow anf if you want them to sound a little bit louder just take off the 2 back cats and it will sound awesome
^ that just depends on what size you get. Even glass packs can be quiet if they are long enough. And I'm sure a 6 inch magnaflow part number 14156 is NOT going to be quiet!

Org. 40 will have a nice deep tone and rumble to it. It wouldn't be "too loud" IMO with the stock cats. You will like the deep tone it though. Now that being said, my Borla mufflers are a lot deeper toned than my 40's. A Borla Pro XS muffler will be even quieter than the 40, but also be deeper and have a smother rpm range, where as the 40 will have distinctive resonate points threw out the rpm range.
I want straight through muffler. I wouldn't ever consider running a flowmaster for many reasons (poor construction, don't like the sound, too much money for not being stainless, drone, and where I live everyone has them), but in this case its becuase I want something that flows better.
In my attempts at cutting costs I might consider a DI/DO magnaflow (found a clip of a few and like the sound over the dual SI/SO magnaflows. Also starting to consider running a single 3" instead of duals. I don't really want to spend more than $70-80 on the muffler(s). Glasspacks fit the bill well as a pair but most anything else I would have to go DI/DO for that.

I beg your pardon?
With a 24" body outside yes but otherwise they are very well noticeable.
