pacesetter's arent that bad. like ridin said, 5.4 is for 5.4 I had a buddy who had an 07 4.6 and had a bi### of a time and gave up. sold them on ebay for 250. (not dented). im kinda partial to the 5.4 for obvious reasons.

back to the h or x. i've been thinkin about dualing it out but was lookin into the magnaflow with the internal crossover. what kind is it and how does it compare. i dont mind doing the other way with it before the muffler. ya'll have pretty much convinced me about dualling it instead of my si/do. just wondering what the difference would be with that muffler or x-piping with 2 mufflers. (and what 2 to use)

The x in front of the mufflers is better. The closer the x is to the y pipe, the better it will perform.

dynomax bullets are very cheap and sound great with an x pipe. i would think it would be louder to use the dido with the internal x pipe though.

Its about the same, only difference is DI/DO rasps more because both banks converge inside the same muffler. Dual SI/SO is better.

The closer the X-pipe is to each exhaust bank (behind the manifolds/headers ASAP) the better.
