LTs gain you evergy in every manner, low end, mid, and high end energy. It does make up for some of the 2.5" loss but not a whole lot.

With the Bullets I would imagine them to have a bit more rasp.

Yep, If I do end up changing to a real X pipe I will have to get my left bank pipe re-bent to line up with it, and if that happens, i'm going with 2.25" full mandrel bent. The 2.5" is ok but towing my buddys boat and all of the hauling I did in 2009 it really slacked in the torque department, especially after I got my 33s on. While driving I never had a problem with the 2.5" but after the 33s it hates holding overdrive on small grade hills, gets annoying. I usually anymore manually de-activate O/D and drive until im on a flatter surface.

That sounds like a pain if you have to de-activate your O/D, I defiantly don't want to go 2.5 then with the possibility of lifting my truck with 37's.

Wow I just herd mblouir's truck with actual speakers (been on a laptop) my ears just had a orgasm. deffently will be doing this but I hope it still has the deep tone with 2.25pipe wonder if LT's would make it even deeper sounding.

2.25" will sound just the same. De-activating O/D isn't always a pain, but I dont like de-activating it about 50mph because its a bit hard on the trans, but it climbs the hills better without downshifting to 3rd.
