My girlfriend wrecked my truck back in may at the beach. Ford dealership fixed it. The only problem is that where the air filter intake goes through the fender is rattling the rubber gromett that holds it in keeps coming out and it seems everytime I put it back in its a fight to get it back in. Is this a common problem or do I need to get the Ford dealership to fix this?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not a common problem at all, there is some part of the fender out of alignment.

 

I would buy a CAI before I let the dealer touch it.

 

This problem could still persist with a CAI, unless its one of the lousey open filter intakes.
