Do the 4.6 and 5.4 use the same part as far as hi-flow cats go?

I've got a friend who just got rid of his F150 with a 4.6 and has the hi-flow cats he was gonna install, and another friend with a F150 with the 5.4 that wants to buy the hi-flows.

I'm wanting to make sure they'll work before the deal happens between the 2 of them so no one gets pissed off.

as long as its 2.5" and a 6200lb GVWR you'll be fine.
