quick question, are you running two cats? i think the 07 only had two but i thought they were just the pre-cats. also, maybe someone can help out, but if i were to run high flows, could i cut out the pre-cats and put the high flows where the rear cats used to be, just like shown above?

Go for it! I gotta say this setup is everything I asked for. With everyone's help it turned out perfect for me.

Yeah my '07 only has 2 cats. I'm sure you could but I think most people gut the rear cats, pipe them off, and put the high-flows in the front cats. I think they do it to avoid getting a CEL code thrown.

Definitely go for some Bullets, then. They are the meat of the exhaust.

Actually us 2004 & 2005 4 cat guys lucked out. Our rear cats are not O2 monitored, cut them out, leave the pre-cats as is, and you gained massive volume, and a hi-flow design.

Mind giving a break down of the cost in labor and parts? I'm thinking about my fourth exhaust change right now, just looking for something a little newer.

Sure thing, bud.

For my setup:
$131.90 - Magnaflow Universal Catalytic Converters (x2)
$83.95 - Magnaflow Tru-X Stainless Steel Crossover (X-pipe)
$79.90 - Dynomax Race Bullet Mufflers (x2)
$79.90 - Clamp-On Cherry Bomb SS Tips (x2) (Only ones I found without an ugly logo stamped on the end)
$160.00 - Installation by local shop
=============================================
Total: $535.65

And I'm extremely happy with it. It's exactly what I wanted. Pretty much a custom setup for the price of a cat-back kit.

Sounds great. I paid a little more for my setup but I'm impatient when stuff ships to me. I ordered from Summit Racing because they have a distribution location literally two hours away. So without having to pay extra for one or two-day shipping I can still get anything I order the next day.

Yeah I have an X-pipe but I bought the Magnaflow name-brand. As for the bullets, they're cheaper to buy from Summit. A few posts up I have everything listed out. The price next to anything with a x2 on it is the cost of both. So about $80 for both Bullets from Summit.
