Oh snap!

Ok, so I'll post the first real exhaust question on this thread. I've been looking at the different universal mufflers on the Magnaflow website. I'm planning on getting a SIDO maggie 3" in - 2.5" dual out, but not sure which way to go. I've heard that shorter is louder, but what about performance, does length or style affect that at all? And what would be the difference between 12588 (5" x 11" oval, 22" long) and 12198 (5" x 11" oval, 14" long) or 12288 (18" long) or 12388 (24" long)? BTW, I will have the LT header kit by Dynatech.

Just looked and they don't have anything for an 8 foot bed.

I have a feeling that this thread was started because of that Nixon and Honda kid, making 3 threads each about the exact same thing.

This thread is hilarious.

How about everyone just cut the exhaust off after the cats and call it quits.

I love that one. SOme day I will own one... It has to be a 2003 -2004 as they have such a distinct sound than the newer ones. More aggressive and gargly. Mig I'm out for the nite... so tired enjoy the 'stangs
