I read this entire thread and all i can say is wow. anyways... I would like to hear how it turns out. my soon to be gf has some sort of system on her 99 blazer. and I love it. Its not as deep and throaty like a v8, it just sorta purrs. for a v6 its a clean sound.

The V6 is very reliable.

I would take my 5.4 over my 4.2 anyday.

I also had a very worked over 5.0 i loved, but we rolled it.

I also had a F-250 With a 5.8 and a After market intake and it was preety quick but sucked gas.

Those GM 4.3Ls do sound awesome for a V6, best sounding 6cyl imo.

Those and the old I6 4.9's. Although those 4.3's are true dogs.

Well, it sounds preety good. It took them 35 minutes to complete. It was a good thing i did this because the whole stock muffler was all rusted. They also replaced all my piping from the cats to the Y, then from the Y to the GlassPack. Yes i went with a glasspack becasue i guy there had a 4.2 with Flow 40's and i did not like the way it sounded. Everyone agreed mine sounded better haha.
