I went with the 22x3.5 rolled SS tips straight out the back because I thought the 18s were a little short and the 4" was too big around. After I blacked out my truck, I painted them with Duplicolor High Heat Low Gloss paint. They look gray in the pictures, but they are more black in person.

Funny you mention that, I just painted mine last night, exhaust is going on today! Low gloss black is what I used on the tips. Should have pictures this weekend

KR, are your pipes 45* OR 15* slash.......It's hard to tell.
And 18" is too short?........cause those pipes look good......
I'm trying to decide on the same setup as yours!

They are 15 degrees with a rolled end. I had 18x3.5 tips on my last truck and I wanted the longer ones for this one so you do not see the front edge of the tip when standing behind or next to the truck. I have seen the 4" tips with the 45 degree slash cut, but I thought they looked too big.

I agree with you, the 4" is too large for me.........
I like the "rolled" also and I've had those on past vehicles..I think I'm gonna try the 3.5" slashed 45* tips this time around.......can't go wrong with either.
NICE TRUCK!
