#1 I'm not even going to comment on the silly maggie band wagon followers since the Borla XS pro clearly out performs the maggnaflows on teh dyno sheet that shows the flowmaster 3 horse power behind the maggies

now regarding the OP's truck

he's running a larger tire than stock, what gears does he have? 3.03? 3.55?

since he's probably running the cheapest crappiest fuel he can find and probably hasn't done a tune up in a long time (not flaming just taking a guess)

he probably needs to change the fuel filter, plugs (using motor crafts), COPS (motorcrafts or globals), o2 sensors (using bosch), clean the TB, TB elbow and MAF

also when is the last time he checked or serviced the transmission, transfercase and or differentials?

and deffinantly take your truck to a shop and have them check to see if the muffler is on backwards

if that muffler is on backwards thats prolly y it wont burnout cuz the way those baffles are shaped theyre gonna grab and hold up every bit of exhaust tryin to get through

Man, I'm dying to hear the rest of this backwards muffler deal!

Two thumbs up for the installer if this is the case!

ok, you guys, i am a complete moron. I was describing it from what i saw from the back of the truck, the muffler is on right. 1 pipe coming in the front and two out the back, making the duals.

go ahead, pick on me, i deserve it... haha

so, now that im done making a fool of myself, haha...

i changed my fuel filter and did the Gotts mod and put on a K&N filter and that helped ALOT. However, i still want a little more. If i put on the dynomax bullet is that gonna give me more torque and horsepower?

How many miles does the truck have?

Like others have said you may find that a simple plug change will help alot. Another thing I like to do is using seafoam through the brake booster line to help burn off carbon inside the engine.

note: if you do this use seafoam first then change your plugs.

well, the truck does have almost 160,000 on it.

Yeah i am taking it to the ford dealership tomorrow to let their mechanic look at it, change plugs, etc.

also, i noticed today that when i took off out of the driveway, the tires spun, but both back tires spun!? is this supposed to happen? i thought only one wheel was supposed to turn?

what is your axle code??? (it's on the drivers door jamb)

both my trucks spin both tires and my green one has a flowmaster exhaust, both are equipped with limited slip rear axles

Don't both of your trucks have superchargers on them?

well obviously what was keeping you from all that extra horsepower was the ''slowmaster'' or aka ''restrict-master''. NOT. Frickin morons
