getting new exhaust

heres the deal. need a new muffler. the magnaflow 22" has a crack in it and ill need to replace it soon..bummer. i wanna go louder but maintain a deep tone. i want a borla XR1 but dont wanna spend 125 bucks on a muffler.
heres my options unless i get some others

14" round magnapack
11" oval magnaflow.
SLP loudmouth
Dynomax bullet

if someone can find me a borla xr 1 for under 100 bucks ill take it.

The SLP LM muffler I would suggest, but I thought those were sold in pairs of two, and $180?

Dynomax Bullet might be the best way to go to volume it up more and still be 100% flow through.

The bullet by a long shot. I've heard the Xr-1 and my single 3" bullet sounds better. There are video clips in my sig, but they don't really do it any justice. It's deep, reasonably loud, and doesn't pop and gargle like a lot of mufflers do. I love it, just wish I had high flows to go with it!

Search patman's posts. He has nice clips of your body style with a single bullet and true dual bullets. I think you'll like it.

ok, so i want to replace my exhaust too. I have the flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust. I would like to just replace the muffler. I want to add horsepower and make it louder. What would be an inexpensive muffler i can do that with? I'd love to spend no more than about 150 after installation and everything. Would the dynomax bullet be a good choice for me?
