Stock exhuast removal

Can this be done in a drive way or will there not be enough clearance to get the huge one piece stock exhuast out from under the truck?

Just regular drive on wheel ramps? I also have the truck lifted 3" front and rear with 35" tires.

Yeah. You shouldn't have too much of an issue except for fighting with rusty bolts and clamps.

I've done mine with the truck in the driveway with the weight on the tires and mine is all stock (suspension/tires) so you shouldn't have a problem. Since your truck is lifted you should have NO problem. Be sure to apply some penetrating fluid to the fasteners a day or so earlier to make the job easier. There are also some clips on the hangers that keep them from coming out of the rubber isolators so be sure to remove those as well.
