Thats cause they do only have two, and the flow better than Fords do, But mainly GM engines sound better than Fords.

Part of a more professional and quality truck is it being very quiet like a Caddilac.

OEM converters resonate alot of sound and do an excellent job at filtering the exhaust smells. I hate smelling exhausts. Only downside to it is the restriction it adds to the flow path. Hi-flow converters are a great updgrade for unleashed volume, and increased flow path of atleast 44% better than OEM.

You can run no cats but you will have a CEL, which isn't exactly bad but it will be bothersome, and its nice to have it fixed with SIMs, or custom tunes because when theres an actual CEL issue it would be nice to catch it early.

Never a such thing as too many questions. Right now a 2 cat system could get you $40 scrapped, a 4 cat system would be more around $70.

Sure The modular design has a distinctive sound to it, still sounds good, but GM and Dodge engines always sound better with more aggression and stronger exhaust pulses from the push rod design.

Really? I seen 4 under a 2008 flex fuel. Maybe thats just a LEV thing? ( Cali emissions ) Does your truck have the california emissions package? If not maybe thats why it has two.
