I am considering buying these black stainless steel exhaust tips

the 2 1/2in. inlet 3 1/2 inch tips. they are bolt on and i dont know the difference between the 3½" O.D. Dual Walled Angled and the 3½" O.D. Angled Rolled End tip. Please help me.

p.s. is bolt on bad? should i go with weld-ons? thanks.

 

Those are fine tips. MBRP makes very high quality parts so their prices are worth it. The only thing that sucks about those tips is they're 12", 18" looks so much better weather straight out the bumper or 45'd. Welding is more perminant but clamping is just fine.

 

so i don't have to worry about like them falling off or anything? and thank you so much what is the diffecents between the dual walled and rolled end? i dont know anything about tips lol

 

No as long as they are tightened the hell out you'll be good. Only real concerns I would have is theft, but with tight enough bolts and possibly different bolt heads chances are very very slim. Keep inspecting them and if you feel unsafe with them have them welded. Dual wall is just thicker, and rolled end is a rolled lip instead of a regular cut lip. Rolled lips look incredible. I have rolled edge tips and love them.

 

oh yeah they do look good. i will probably end up getting them and having them bolted and then welded and the bolt taken out lol just to be safe. rolled tip looks great will get them. thanks man.
