Wink exhaust law continue part 2

well I went to get my wife's inspection sticker today and I asked the tech about the law. He said I should be fine as long as the muffler does not go above 98 decipels. so guy what do you think am I going to go over the 98 decipels with a 14" magnaflow body muffler SI/DO and two 18" by 4" rolled tips. do you think it will go over the 98 or what any info is very helpfull
