magnaflow need info

magnaflow need info

im looking for a si do for a crew cab long bed split rear exhaust. they dont sell them what is needed to make the short bed exhaust work....

The 16614 cat-back will work but you will need to get an extra foot of 2.5" stainless pipe. They dont offer a kit for the supercrew 6'5 bed due to the rarew availability for them. You could buy the muffler and tips and have a shop bend the system for you in aluminized or stainless also.

their website needs updating. i know that the 16608 is now replaced by the 16523, which can be used for both bed lengths. i suspect the other si/do kits will do the same.

I didn't get the kit, i just went to a good exhaust shop and they sell and install magnaflows all the time. They never use the kit, they bend up their own pipes and saved me the labor vs buying the magnaflow kit and doing it myself. Only downfall is their pipe is aluminum instead of stainless. Sure does sound and look like a million bucks though!

well going to stay away from the kit im going to buy 2 maggie hi flow, 14" SI/DO body, and the two slash tips from ebay all totalling just parts 303.95 then going to have a muffler shop do work.. once i order that buying my gryphon tuner...

Magnaflow kit WILL work on 78" bed and cost me around $325 for the whole stainless kit-si/do (2008 FX4 crew). If you're buying 2 mufflers on ebay, why do you need si/do? 2 si/so would work, I think.

buy two high flow cats not two mufflers, i could not find kit for less then 440.00

Getting back to the 16608 I'm still getting the run around. One week their being shipped, next week they are an back order, What gives. I think the supplier I purchased from is just as frustrated as I am.

Where is the Magna flow rep.
