For tailpipe bending prices are usually $100 - $150 for aluminized, $170 - $200+ for stainless.

I think you'll find the 15'' magnaflow to be more than loud enough! I rode in a 2008 F150 with the SIDO 18'' magnaflow (which is what will be going on my new truck next week) and it was almost too loud inside (if you drive any real distances) and more than loud enough to get you a ticket everywhere you go if you get on it all the time!

Do I have to get a full exhaust or just change the muffler to get a nice aggressive sound? If I can stay with the 100 muffler and tip added would be more economical?

You can replace the muffler only and add a tip to the tailpipe if you wish.

Magnaflow always gives a nice sound. What year is your truck and what motor do you have?

Sorry if you said it before, it's early.
