You can have all four factory cats replaced with two hi-flow converters, Magnaflow ones to be specific.

Your front sensors are up on the downpipes, then the pre-cats are mounted, then the rear converters are there with the O2 sensors mounted in them, I believe thats how the '99 - '03 rear cats are, just like the '06+.

The part #s that will work are #94306, 94006, and 94106.

94306: most commonly used, very clear and sound allowing cat, with a 12" body thats polished T-304 stainless.

94006: same as above except a little nosier and T-409 stainless ( not shiny )

94106: the loudest of the three, its got a 9" body in T-409, and its the loudest giving a near cat-less sound. Most affordable too at only $67 per cat.

I like the 94106 hiflow cats cause its cheap and loud but I have another question. I have a the force II flowmaster setup and it comes with the 50 suv series muffler and im looking for a nice loud muffler im probably going to go with the super44 series. should i leave my exhaust cat back dual out and just replace the muffler or should i make it true dual. im really looking to keep the proformance i have and make my truck loud.

Keep it SI/DO. Good choice on the Super 44.

Sounds like a plan, enjoy the sound, and report back to us about your experience. Noone has got hi-flows with a Super 44 muffler yet so you may be the first to report back, and get a video!

As long as the rear O2s are mounted after the new hi-flow cats, everything will be alright.

Awesome man, yes a good choice. They'll never rot out. Any way you could get a before and after video of your truck with good quality? I'm highly interested. If I never hear one my Super 44s are going in mine this April.
