Id Pick Magnaflow But who am I. I have a family member that has had the FM on there car for years long before I worked here. And Ive never liked that deep hollow sound. But the Magnflows that are on 3 of my family members cars sound awesome. Gives you that nice deep exotic tone.

I have to agree, its what I plan on getting, I've heard it makes the 5.4 sounds like a beastly GT Mustang!!! So i'm excited since my daily driver is a Sixer but not stock

Meaning that it gives it a nice deep Purrr. I love the way they sound on the F150 with the 5.4L. My Cousin has the F150 with the 5.4L and our exhaust. Sounds so Awesome.

haha i doubt it, magnaflows are known for their beastly mustang sounds, i have a club of over 500 members and many of them either have Magnaflows, Flowmasters, or Borlas.

I bet anything sounds beastly compared to a V-6 mustang

I'd like to hear some more various set ups, but F150s do sound great with Flowmasters. This is by far my favorite, this makes me want to throw my set on.

I'd like to hear this one with a better video camera

Having never heard either Magnaflows or Flowmasters on the 5.4L, I asked the guys at the muffler shop what sounded the best. They all said that Magnaflows sounded "clean" whereas Flowmaster 40s sounded "mean". They had a Nissan Titan sitting there with the 5.6 engine that they had just installed Magnaflows on...and it honestly sounded like my stock exhaust...I just wasn't impressed. I opted for mean and really enjoy the note...it's relatively quiet in the cab with a low rumble, but if you put down the windows or put your foot in the floor, it sounds like it's going to kick a little booty if you know what I mean.
