OK so i have a 97 f150 reg flareside 4x4 with a 4.6. and a few mods. I am ordering longtube headers for it this week since my exhaust manifolds are now leaking. THis is the plan for my exhaust......Longtube headers to electric exhaust cut-outs to a dual-in, dual-out muffler, to sidepipes like i currently have(looks like a lightning). NO resonators or cats. the question is what is everything i will need to make this work without throwin a check engine light every 2 seconds?

I am thinking ill need a new egr tube and O2 simulators. what else?

Make sure you get some good gaskets for the headers. To kill the engine light, a custom tune will program it to shut off, or you can try the Gotta O2 Mod. Or if you are good with wires, fabricate O2 sims.
