i have a super 44 dumped before axle right now. i can't mess with cats/headers until im out of warranty. is their anything that will make my truck louder? like welding up echo tips to the muffler? dumping it is the loudest right?

 

loud as hell is SLP loudmouths. Ive got them both dumped before the axle with 4" SLP tips on them. There are vids in my photobucket in the "fx4life_vids" album. Yes dumped is the loudest, but youll get noise in the cab from this setup and probably others too.

 

i could honestly care less if my cab is noisly lol, the sound deadening in the new f150's is crazy compared to my 02. eventually i want headers and high flow's to make it louder just dont wanna void warranty

 

Take the muffler off and run a straight pipe or a Dynomax Bullet muffler will be louder.

I have mine dumped under the cab right after the cats and it sounds badass.

I slipped some bullets on before going with the SLP's and was just not impressed. I know alot of people like them but i just did not see what the rage was about.

 

Remove the muffler until you can add hi-flow converters and the LTs. It wont sound all too bad with the factory cats.
