Magnaflow high flow cats

Was looking to put two high flow cats in.
I have a 06.
was looking into the #94306 and the #54956.
Got a few querstions. WIll voth of these do fine and not create any problems with the computer? and is the 54956 49 state legal?
And has anyone have any negative or positive experience with either?

94306 will work perfect, but 54956 I am unsure of. The only difference should be the shape and material, but I wont guarantee anything for it.

The 54956 are a 49 State Application however these cats arent designed for this truck. The rating on the cats are 5.2L at 4500lbs GVW. If you are looking for Cats I would go with the ones the guys are talking about here. Any of those will work fine. 94106, 94306 these will be perfect. These converters have a high test weight rating these are test for 6000lbs GVW
