I just bought this truck a few days ago, and gas is going to kill me, so what are some ways to beef up the mpg/hp , (more concerned about the mpg lol)

thx

My '04 with a 5.4L got 15.3mpg after I got it and drove it easy. Currently getting 16.2mpg with Magnaflow exhaust and 40psi in the tires. Planning a S&B intake and a VMP tune soon, but I'm also getting bigger tires, so after those plans economy sould be the same i'm hoping.
