Removing Rear Cats
sound yes, performance, no to sure think they might get up and go a little better i know mine did with the change from no cats to hi flows
How was the sound difference going from none to high flows?
go check out my signature vid man, ive got a youtube account, i have the no cats set up, the day of hi flow cats set up, and about 1500 miles on the hi flows go check out those 3 i have to honestly say that the no cats to having cats may not have quietened it down at all, its still loud only thing is is my MPG got better and its legal now
I did this recently, difference in exhaust oh definitely, very noticeable difference, revs have a crackle now, and the volume of my Magnaflows as been dialed up a hell of alot more. My WOT pull seems slower I think, but my economy has not suffered, I actually get about 3 more miles on my 1/4 - 1/2 tank checks. Heres a good before & after video. Listen to them both closely, compare the start up, revs, and idle. You will notice the difference.

hey f150fella08 im thinkin about removing my two rears. when u went from none to 2 high flows, did ur mpg go up from stock w/ 4 cats? i can squeez 14 in city so i really cant afford to lose but i shouldnt should i? thanks
nah didnt see a gain from 2 hi flows to 4 factory cats, but when i had the cats off it was worse, i average 18.3 with most of that highway driving, it was at about 15.5 when i had no cats
