I cant find them now, weird, a few members on here have got them but I never really payed attention to where & how they got them, I never cared for them.

thanks for the help this far guys. im definitly liking those RBP tips. bad ***, yes. exspensive, yes!!! do you think i could sand or grind some of that black coating off without causing the whole tips coating to start flaking off? i would need to weld those tips on because a nice bolted on $130.00 tip would be stolen as im putting them on in my neighborHOOD, ha ha!!!

Hello Guys,

So you are looking into doing Black Tips Huh Well I know that we are looking into something but if we would do something like that it would be off in the distant future.

Those RBP tips would look better without their name on it, and with that clamp spot grinded off.

What about buying the tips you like and spraying them with black header paint?

i understand where your comin from, black doesn't go with the darker color trucks, other then black of course. i just dont think chrome would look as good with my silver as black would. plus i already have black nerf bars.

yea man i understand, black tips might be the way to go, and x2 neal and cashel, you might wanna go a cheaper route and just get some chrome tips from your exhaust guy put on,,,then if you dont like how it looks you could get some high heat spray paint and paint 'em black

i put some of that on my current exhaust pipes, and although i am by no means a good painter, the color of it is a really flat, dull black. its nowhere near the quality look of the black tips shown in this thread
