black tips

hey, i finally found some plain and simple black tips. if anyone is looking for some then just go to headerbuddy.com and the company is called purdee ind. they call them black vein tips and they are sort of like teflon in regards to feel and look but not sure what is actually sprayed on them. you can get them in black, silver, chrome, black chrome, and polished stainless. you can get standard angle cut or rolled and any were from 9" to 18" in length and up to a 4" outlet. cheap too, anywere from about $17 to about $25 and i heard they hold up just fine to high heat. ill let you know for sure once i get them on though. also autoeffex.com has alot of cool colored tips but they are clamp on.

dude i have no clue lol i really dont i think resonated tips take some of the crappy tone away from the sound, so it sounds nice and clear, and takes some of the rasp out of it

Yep, here is a pic of what resonator tips look like. They basically have extra sound deadening material along the inner wall of the tips.
