Exhaust ??

Ok I have a 07 F-150 Supercrew RWD w/5.4L. Now for the money how much performance gains or any other pro/cons are there if I install headers and a true duel exhaust. Or just doing a true duel exhaust with stock manifolds? Anyone ever done this? If so what have you noticed over all besides a hefty chunk of change to do all this work? Long run it worth doing etc? Thanks everyone.

Pros are 30ish more hp and up to 40ft/lbs tq at the wheels, there are no cons. Get a good set of straight through mufflers, borla, magnaflow, etc and a x-pipe.

yea josh is right theres nothin bad about headers, if you get the right ones go with stainless steel dont get cheap or they will rust and you wil have to replace them, and a straight through muffler as he said and some hi flow cats and your in business

and dont get shortys!! be sure to get long tubes!!!

It will perform a hell of alot better and with good LTs, very noticeable power increase and sound.
