wow

today i fineshed up the passenger side down pipe but i have a question would it hurt to dump each side right beafore it goes into the y pipe?

Basically you mean to have it like a cut out, going into the Y, and the other part not? Yes thats not good, overtime your valves will suffer from the cold and instant heat from the start and F it up real good.

Forget the y pipe, run true duals, and put some kind off muffler on it.

Agreed. Dont risk hurting your engine for sound, keep the exhaust running cats and mufflers.
