Exhuast Question

ok, i have a the magnflow si/do dual rear exhaust

i want to change it up, and make it the Dual side exit Split rear , the one where theres one tip on each side of the truck.

question is can an exhaust shop just bend current one i have, or can they make me one and if so, about how much am i lookin??

A shop will have to cut and weld on two 45 bends and then put the tips on. I had mine done for $50 incl. tips, but that was a few years back.

Yep, they should be able to use most of the pipe on your current set-up. Just bend some pipes so they'll exit behind the tires.

A complete dual exhaust will run where from $200-400. Just having those pipes bent and welded to the exhaust you already have should be a lot cheaper.

Do u guys think 4in wide tips would look too big in the 45 degree slash one
or am i better off goin with 3in or 3.5in???

I had 4" 45'd out the back and it looked amazing, just perfect IMO.

They can change it for less than $50.

If you can put $30 more into the cost of buying new tips, get rolled 4" Magnaflow tips. I love mine.

i think i have the 3.5 rolled tips on there now,

i want ur setup Darren , but the 45ed slash tips

wat do u think??

No it was my old old setup, a si/do flowbastard, go with the 4" slash cut tips, you will love the look.

ETA: I don't think they're their anymore. I'll have to see if I can find some. You can do a search for exhaust pics or exhaust setups and they'll probably be there.

thanks man, i like that , except i would prolly get the tips between the rear tire and the bumper, where the little black trim piece is
