make it louder

Right now i have a single flowmaster muffler, not sure what series, i think 50. Dual tips straight out the back. A few months ago i got rearended and bent my exhaust. So while its in the shop getting that fixed, i would like to do something to make it just a little louder. What can i do? Also if i could get some pics of different tip exit styles, like out the side or corners, im thinking about changing that too. Thanks

Dont waste money on a low end torque robbing 40 series, the Super 44 is the only Flowmaster muffler worth buying, deeper sounding, louder, less baffles ( 2 baffles, 1 in each chamber ).

I second the straight pipe. Ill probably never have a muffler on my truck except for emmissions testing.

Catalytic COnverters

Take out your catalytic converters, your truck will be much much much louder, but if your worried about passing inpsection, then take them off, gut them, and put them back on. Essentially making them just some pipe...

If your wanting it louder than what you have and you want to stay with flows than your choice from quietest to loudest would be 40 series, super44 series, 10 series. If you don't mind going with somthing different then you can go with straights, my setup is true duals straights with an x-pipe, vids are in my sig.
