Good choice with the K&N. Decent intake. Register with http://photrobucket.com/ and upload your images and scans and post them using the [ img ] codes.

Yeah I tried and keeps telling me the image is to large. Anyways, I started a Thread in the General Discussion Forum asking for someone to design me a custom sig.

But I have a question and I hope someone can answer it for me...When I had my K&N CAI installed yesterday everything was fine and it drove great, I drove it all day long!! Well...this morning when I started it up and I just barely give it a little bit of throttle it sounds like a very mild popping noise coming from my dash. So I took it to my installer today and they checked it out and said it sounded like my dash may be rubbing my windshield a little bit and that my Intake was mounted and installed properly. He even popped my hood for me and showed me step by step how they installed and just for my benefit he went ahead and tightened everything up again. We both then got back into my truck and it still had the mild little popping noise. It sounds as if it is coming from right under my defrost vents! WTF?? Sorry for the long thread!!

This is going to sound stupid but I had a Dodge Stratus with an intake that had the same noise. Drove me nucking futz! Ended up being the intake filter was vibrating and hitting the body of the car ever so slightly. Check it for vibrations, can't hurt.

Thats a great point, didn't even know that. Turns that tuner into a very good long term investment, and well...if ford doesn't decide to be stupid and change their computer ports.

oh and...POST THAT DYNO SHEET ALREADY

Check this crap out guys! Turns out my buddy that took my truck to get the install on the CAI Lied about doing the Dyno and printed a fake Dyno Sheet for my buddy to give me. I called up Mike Troyer and he told me to rip that junk off and put my stock intake back on for the time being until I can make a trip up to VA to visit with him about upcoming mods for my truck. I'm not going to mention names on the installer and needless to say that buddy is no longer!
