what would be the loudest deepest for me?

ok well lemme tell you my set up than someone please tell if theres something out there that will be louder and a better sounding exhaust... please tell exact muffler and/if high flow cats/ what kind.2000 f150 5.4 drop in k&n, edge tuner, and right now flowmaster 40 series mufflers with out the back dual pipes. i think its sounds good but i wpould liek it to be louder but not sound crappy.i also like it to sound awesome when im running bout 70 on the interstate that for all the previous suggestion but i thought my exact set up would help out more. and changing my whole exhaust is not a problem so if you think i should do that lemme know... thanks guys this site kicks ***

open headers it might drone a lil @ 70 on the highway haha *check sig for vid.*

But if it goes all the way out the back id try a stright threw muffler i have true duals dynomax bullets and there plenty loud. Also you could look into Long tube headers and high-flow Cats. Good luck

My old Silverado sure was loud and deep at low rpm. Beast 6.0L V8, Magnaflow cats, 3" true duals H piped, Flowmaster Super 44s, Magnaflow 4" tips 45'd behind wheels.

I'd say its the loudest legal exhaust, unless some states let you sneak in LTs.

Sure Magnaflow will sound great on an F150. I would look into the 11" mufflers, smaller is louder and they're still deep toned.

Thats What I would do. Just remember the smaller the muffler the louder it will be. Good Luck

Not in the 11" body, but the 14" body does. The 14" is just a 3" longer version of the 11, so itshould still be loud enough, and plenty deep toned enough.

Ofcoarse, never buy direct fit parts unless your rich! The universal cats will work just as direct fits do, only difference is the direct its are just that, direct bolt ins, easiest to install. I'd rather have my exhaust shop install mine anyways so universal is the better way to go. Part #s 94006 & 94306 work on these trucks.

No, you only need two cats of the same part #, I believe 94306 is what your truck needs to comply with the O2 sensors. The 94006 is a universal 2.5" that works with these trucks but the 94306 should be better.
