X2! I had Silverline tips on my old truck, and currently on the F150. They look great and held up extremely well in the [salty] Iowa winter.

the look I am going for with the tips is to hide where they join the tail pipe. Im not a huge fan of seeing the tail pipe, then this cheezy looking tip welded on at the end. I want to only see the ss tip when it pokes out from underneath. Granted- if you were to get down low you would see where its added on, but from above, I am hoping to see only the tip- if that makes any sense. I guess the Silverlines may be the way to go

Magnaflow tips . My Silverado had 4x12 Magnaflow rolled SS tips side exit behind both tires, 12" is much too short for side exit, so for the F150 I got the 4x18s and will be doing it right, will hide the unfinished portion.

go with an 18" tip and your running boards should hide the bare pipe fairly well, not sure you can fit a 22" tip in there.
