Question about L.E.V.

I've got a 2000 F-150 supercab 4.6L. It's tagged as a LEV (Low Emissions Vehicle). I was just curious about what the differences were exactly with an F-150 that was tagged as an LEV and one that isn't, or are all the late model Fords LEVs? Thanks!

thats good. That has the least amount of emissions in it, not so restricted. An F150 without LEV is just a restricted up truck, California style.

yeah their california vehicles and you cant do too much with the exhaust except a catback system because they have catalyst efficiency sensors which if you were to put high flows on it then the cel would come on.
