Get one of these!

But really the rattle could be a loose clamp damaged cat. or a loose heat shield. If you want it louder run true duals no cats.

The rattle is prob. a heatsheild on the converter, if you want louder, buy two high flow magnaflow cats, and replace the 4 stockers. If you just take the cats off, it will turn on the CEL.

He stated that he had two Flowmaster 40s, so he already has true duals.

Depends what he wants to do, I personally wouldn't, Flowmaster sounds awesome. The rattle sound I agree with stated above that it could be a loose heat shield on the cat.

If he wants louder, swapping to something else doesn't make sense cause Flowmaster is one of the loudest out there. I do suggest replacing the 4 OEM cats for 2 Magnaflow Hi-Flow cats.

lol yeah, you can still sound good with the OEM cats, but when you get bored of it & want rebel louder, they suck lol.

Banks sounds alright to me. Not as nice as Flowmaster, & Magnaflow though.
