Thanks for the info except I don't really know anything about low end back pressure ect. If I lose torque or watever I dont really care. Im a 18 year old boy who likes to ride with his friends LOUD! You know my type.(But I am respectful at night time atleast, cuz I hate it when Im in bed and my next door neighbors decide they want to go for a joy ride 2:00 in the morning with no mufflers and never taking their foot off the accelerator!)

So, Bullets sound better than CB Glasspacks and are less $ ?
Where are you fellas dumping your exhaust, at the rear axle or out the back?
Like 04 F150,
I was looking at CB's too, my exhaust is dumped before rear axle coming out of a Flowmaster theres like 18"L x 3"dia of pipe coming out & the drone inside is enough to make headaches last for hours.

The drone from mine is pretty loud, but I always have my sound system cranked and I'm 19 so I don't mind much

I ran Thrush Magnum Glasspacks (true duals), my truck seems snappier (kept accidentally squaking tires for a week after install) from a start, and is more downshift resistant on hills. Without a dyno test before and after I am going to say I gained if anything, I sure didn't loose anything. I ran mine out the back so I have very little drone, most of the trucks I have been in that are dumped have quite abit. My Thrushes were $27 a peice at the local O'Reilly's.

Cherrybombs have louvers inside to catch the exhaust and pull it into the packing, my Thrushes just have holes on the inside tube for the exhaust to go into, so I would think they would be louder. I haven't heard them both on similar trucks so that is all I really have to go on.

Backpressure doesn't mean squat, exhaust velocity matters. If backpressure was a good thing the stock exhaust would be the best system bar none.

yeah back pressure=not true. or longtubes would be horrible! but yeah bullets are the same 3" inlet for me and the muffler it self is 4" with holes in the muffler with packing. yeah at my murrys its kinda cheap for the thrush glass packs.
