I'm not legal as it is. I have no cat.

Heard the Dynomax mufflers wear out quickly. Spintech will be here and installed tomorrow.

idk where you guys are for a bullet to be legal but ive been told by the local fire chief who is also a county that anything louder than oem specs is illegal.

My Magnaflow got much louder and better sounding after about a month or so...and that is the same I have read for everyone else. It really takes some time to 'break them in' so to say, before they get to the point of what they will really sound like.

You can hardly get much more 'straight though' than a si/so Maggy round muffler with only about 1 inch of packing around the whole thing.... (Im sure ill be regretting saying this.....)

Straight pipes for me also. I had magnaflow, and ran into the same situation you are. I suggest taking off your muffler and start your truck up with no muffler. I bet you will like it.

Where do you live at? That is pretty bogus. Never heard anything like that before.
