I will be calling S3M Monday morning and ordering my muffler. Now for a good before and after.

BTW, if anyone here wants a great deal on any Roush parts like exhaust and parts (great prices and free shipping on everything), go to Stage 3 Motorsports. http://www.stage3motorsports.com
Give them a call and tell them Tyler from fnsweet.com sent you!

Talking

I have no complaints about the Magnaflow system I have(SI/DO).
Nice throaty roar when I punch it. At idle a nice rumble.

My Magnaflow leaked because they press fit the end pieces and don't weld them. It was a PITA taking the time to go to the muffler shop and have a new muffler welded up. It should have been done the factory. They lost my business ..

I *knock on wood* have not been to a bad exhaust shop yet. That sucks though. I hope it work this time. 3rd times a charm, right!?

Magnapacks are a term we use for our cat back exhuast system for a MUSTANG. It has round body mufflers with either 2.5" or 3" Tubing with Round Body Mufflers.

So I dont think that Magnaflow Is a Waste! To me the shop steered you in the wrong direction. Your post should be with the shop not with us.

Just to be clear here: I did not say that it was a bad product. I said it was a waste of money for my truck. Thank you for completely misreading and interpreting my post. I had Magnaflow mufflers 14211 on my Roush and they had a very nice sound to them. That's why I bought one for my truck.

If it is specifically for a Mustang, it shouldn't be a universal muffler then. It mentions that nowhere on any site I've seen them at, it also says Magnapack on the box. Mustang is not mentioned there either. I do know they sound incredible on Mustangs, I figured it would sound loud on my truck too.

Sorry all for having gotten the wrong Magnaflow muffler and posted about it! I won't post to "us" anymore about it.

Roush, grow up man. All he is saying is that you have the wrong muffler for the application. Thats not Magnaflow's fault

I want to apologize as well. I needed to take a break, was having a rough morning as it was. I didn't mean to come off like that. Just saying the muffler didn't work for my application. Not Magnaflows fault. I have talked all of my friends into Magnaflows because of my experience with them.

Magnaflow IMO is very good quality from everything that I personally have seen and heard.

Thanks for listening.

I love magnaflow. I had a set on my '97 cobra, and also had one put on my f150. both setups use the 14" can. I do think they are a little quiet, but ditching 2 cats will help that for me.
