Clean your cold air intake filters!!!!

This is on my Titan, but would be the same for any truck with a CAI.

Check this out...I decided it to finally clean my air filter yesterday, and boy was it dirty!! I got the intake at about 5,000 miles on my truck, and I now have about 16,000 miles...so I drove about 11,000 miles on the intake. Pix speak for themselves...

Yea, I started cleaning my yesterday..Just sprayed the cleaner on it, let it soak for 10 minutes, then took a garden hose to it...then let it dry for an hour in the sun..then sprayed the oil on the filter, and let it dry overnight in the garage.

I have a feeling that me doing too much of this has something to do with it being so dirty... lol

That will do it. You must spend hrs cleaning your truck.

Well...when I do clean it, it does take a while. I haven't washed it lately though. I need to do it sometime this week if the weather gets better.

Avalanches look too plastic. They look like one of those cars that even seem fake and if you punch it you'd break it. Tell him to trade it in and get a good 'ol Ford F-150!
