As far as price! You get what you pay for! magnaflow you get polished stainless and you don't have to worry about it rusting! Other cheaper ones look out for the rust! As for flowmaster AKA flow disasters sound good but they don't flow that great at all! Way Better then stock but just not as good as the other out! 
Im going to run the same magnaflow muffler i have in my camaro! I am cutting off the stock muffler and running out right in front of the right rear tire! The muffler is a straight threw so it will flow's and sounds great!
