Where did you get it and how much? I have been waiting almost a month for my K&N to arrive and I'm about to get a refund and buy another one.

Nice, how do you like it? Why'd it take longer than you thought? Run into any problems?

 

I honestly can't "feel" the difference but i'm sure it's helping. Took longer than expected because i had some missing rubber pieces. Af1 sending them now. I'm sure with the tuner, it'll be more worth it.

I just installed an AF1 on my 03, and i dont have the heat shield like he does, is that normal for my year, or am i missing a piece?

 

Looks different than mine... You indicate you have a 2005. Is it a 5.4 or 4.6?

Nope, the intakes for the old body style don't have that heat shield, not sure why, though. I installed one on my 02 and one on my brother's 05 and that was one of the major differences. Also, the MAF's on the new body styles are way cooler than ours.
