Get a good set of shorty headers, high flow cats, run 2.25 inch pipe it will have to be done on the passenger side because of the gas tank on the drivers have either an H pipe or X pipe put in with 2 IMCO mufflers. If you really want it loud dump it. The reason you need 2.25 inch pipe is so you won't lose any back pressure (you might add some power) since your motor is stock... if you add a supercharger you can go bigger. If your pipe is to big your truck will pop and crackle and sound like crap.

I'm sure it will be LOUD if you come straight off the Cats and straight pipe that ****** right out the back. I am sure it will pass emissions as you are keeping the cats. Anything downstream of the cats can be eliminated.. IE.mufflers, resonators and that will give you all the LOUDNESS possible. I would like to hear a sound clip of that baby when you get it done.... BoB

go LOUD or go home

BEWARE- They qouted me one price for shipping and then bumped it $20 at checkout. They claimed it was a system error. When I searched their feedback on Ebay, I saw that this was a very common problem.
