Go with magnaflow cats. Too bad for emissions...you could go no cats and a bullit blow-through muffler. That would be some obnoxiosially loud noise. Your neighbors would love you.

Do you see my signature...because I can't.

Thank You for sig advise...I'm kinda new to this.

The best sound that I had out of my 4.6L was borla exited out the right side in front of the tire. It looks bad *** too. Same place as my current truck. The best part is the echo off of other vehicles. If you get a 30MPH guy in a 50 Zone...You can really let him know he is not moving fast enough.

Heres an idea... either go with glass packs or straight pipes. That will be loud. End of story.

Should I leave my pipes alone and just switch from flowmaster to IMCO. Or should I go true duals with two IMCO mufflers

Should I just leave my pipe aalone and switch from flows to IMCO si/do one muffler. Or should I go hi-flows and run true duals with the imco mufflers. What would be louder? Will I lose any low end power of I go true duals and hi-flow cats

Wat would be louder?

Read this:

But buy it here:

Use coupon code "jetta" at checkout for a nice savings.

Thanks for the info. There is something about dual exhaust that I really like so I think I'm going to go dual

Go true duels for sound and as long as you keep the cats your backpressure will be fine. You will not lose any low end torque (nothing you will notice). No more questions about exhaust. This is the most I've ever talked about mufflers on a stock mod motor. Ask about a supercharger or something that will REALLY make a difference.

Even with high flow cats. If you want to take the exhaust out the back, true dual is the way to go....buy IMCO. invest brotha. I've already went through 3 different mufflers on mine and two at once at some point. Anything sounds good on a Mod motor. I don't think you will be dissapointed.
