Flowmaster sounds better. Opinions are like aholes, everybody has them

You're gonna get a lot of opinions. Go and listen to some trucks that have them both installed.

hey thanks for the reply. opinions are what i want. thats why i posted the question. i had sido flowmaster on this truck and i took it off because it wasnt loud enough. i replaced it with a y pipe. it sounded okay but i want to be noticed but not annoying. i want a deep throaty sound. thanks for your reply... deeply apperciated.

Which flowmaster did you have on? I have been running the original 40's on my last two trucks and I find them loud enough, even at low rpm.

i have heard the sound clips for magnaflow and either i dont have quality speakers or the sound clip is worth a d@#$. a guy i work with has duals with 18" tips and it sounds way to loud for me. it crackels way to much when you barely get on it. but maybe with a coulple of mufflers it wouldnt be so bad???

FLowmaster duals, get different tips for different sounds. I have 3 1/2 inch tips on mine has a throaty sound. Sounds better than a rumble bee. Really loud when u open the three valves up.
