Question Is this a good deal?

A local shop will sell and install a single in dual out Flowmaster 40 delta flow with dual tips out the back for $260. He said I would not loose any low-end torque. Any comments?

Go for it!!! the Flowmaster 40s are the best muffler. why do you want the Deltaflow system, it just make it quieter. Go with the regular 40s. That what i have.

J,
If you haven't already put it on, here is some ? i would ask the shop. 1. Are the the pipes manderal bent? 2. Are the pipes stainless steel/aluminized steel? If he answers no to either walk away.

That price is about the same for most dyno-tuned, application specific, engineered, cat-back systems with mandrel bent pipe. I've seen lower prices than this for a press bent, shop designed system. Although I am not aware that FM makes a cat-back with 40s.
