Does anyone make a dual exhaust system for the 1997 f150 v6 4.2l ?

John, there isn't a pre-made true dual kit for any Ford engines. The kits use a single in/dual out muffler so there are dual pipes out the back. If you want a true dual system you'll have to go to a muffler shop and have them make one up for you. Since your engine is the V6, you prolly could get away with 2 1/4" tubing. The power gains between stock, aftermarket cat-back and true duals is probably nil.
