The half-ton Chev is the same as the 3/4 ton isn't it? If the 3/4 ton can fit the DMax and the 1500 has the same cab-forward, why wouldnt it fit?

What am I missing? Or are they that different and just look the same?
Might be different and just look the same..I would have never imagined that the Expeditions and the F150 had that much different of engine bays......HHHMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I was saying that the Expy and F150 have similar engine bays and the PStroke probably wouldnt fit in the F150 (they definitely couldnt fit the old style, not sure about the 04 style)

So if the PStroke wont fit in the F150, it wont fit in the Expy.

AH! I gotcha. I always thought the idea of a V-6 PStroke was an awesome idea!

a 6 cyl diesel is coming... but it won't be the Powerstroke. Apparently Ford paid Navistar some money to walk from this deal.

Ford has apprently been talking with Cat, John Deere and someone else (can't remember right now) about a 6 cyl.

Plus there is still the talk that the Rams will go to MB diesels once the current Cummins contract expires (I think I read 2008 or 09) which would open up the opportunity for a Cummins in a Ford (at this point these are what-ifs)
